most recent CT scan with contrast found 3.4 x 3.1 cm precarinal lymph node mass. mass in superior aspect of right hilum measuring 4.0 x 3.1 suggestive of lymph node mass. My husband already has been diagnosed with Stage IIIb lung cancer. This lymph node is new? How bad?
