Everything I read says I would I have had symptoms before this as shoulder pain is caused after the cancer spreads. I have not had any other symptoms. Thanks

pain in both shoulders is not an early sign of cancer.

it is more likely a sign of tendonitis or arthritis in both shoulders.

I am glad you quit smoking.

you might benefit from anti-inflammatories such as advil or aleve which can help decrease inflammation in your shoulder.

let me know if you have questions.
