Hypermetabolic distal esophagus/gastroesophageal junction mass extending into the cardia consistent with malignancy. 2. Hypermetabolic gastrohepatic nodal conglomerate, suspicious for metastatic disease. 3. Hypermetabolic left upper lobe pulmonary nodule, suspicious for metastatic disease. Right upper lobe subpleural opacity, probably inflammatory. 4. Hypermetabolic left adrenal soft tissue nodule. Possibly adrenal versus adjacent lymph node.Possible adrenal adenoma, adrenal metastasis or adjacent metastatic lymph node. Consider further evaluation with contrast-enhanced CT. 5.
