Verifieda cold or allergies can make your lymph nodes more noticeable.
If your nodes have been mostly stable for a year, I would not worry about them.
Again, it is normal to be able to feel some soft mobile lymph nodes, especially if you are thin.

well the BIRADS is a scale that radiologist have made to report how worried they are with the mammogram. scores 4 and 5 are worrisome. score 3 is ok to wait. scores 1-2 are benign.
hypoechoic means that there was less ultrasound signal bouncing back, often meaning that it is not solid. solid tumors tend to be hyperechoic. cysts filled with fluid don't tend to return any signal and are anechoic.
fibrous tissue is simply scar tissue and there appears to be a lot of it.
I think this sounds find, get another ultrasound in 2 months. There is always a chance something can be malignant, but changes are this is benign. that is why they gave you a score that means ok to wait and follow up.
