I am assuming that you mean 3.4 since there is no 3.8 for this year.

I have checked the circuits for the vehicle. I see that you have checked the fuse. The next thing to check, and the most probable cause, is the horn relay. This relay is located in the light center in the engine compartment. You can try replacing this relay. If this is not the issue, then the horn switch inside the steering wheel has failed and will need to be replaced. Here, I am attaching the electrical diagram with the areas of concern highlighted. Along with the location of the electrical center.

Replace the relay. If the relay is sound then the issue is going to be in the switch.
