It could be the ignition timing off.
It could be coolant in one of the cylinders.
Remove all of the spark plugs and turn the engine over by hand, by putting a 6 point socket and ratchet on the front crankshaft bolt. See if any coolant comes out of any spark plug holes. If not, check all the spark plugs and if they are ok, put them in, repair the starter, install the starter and start the engine and check the timing immediately.
If the timing is off, you may have a timing chain that jumped.
Actually I see the timing is Non-adjustable.
A spark plug wire that is in the wrong spot could also cause this so check the firing order.
