Hello I will help you with your question,

Are you sure the fan motor is OK?

It is just the control for the fan that is the [problem?

Does the fan run if you turn on the AC or defrost?

Does the AC work?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the fan works when hooked up to battery directly,I just need to be able to turn it off after parking.

A/C works also

OK, there are two relays and two fans, the high speed fan should come on when you turn the AC on, does it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Both fans came on when we hooked them up to the battery

Originally, there was 1 wire burned out on the main connector between y-harness and main engine wiring harness

If the high speed fan works leave it alone and just find the low speed wire in pin socket #6 of the blue C1 connector on the engine computer (PCM). Tie a wire into that wire (don't cut it) and to the switch, connect the other side of the switch to ground and it will turn on the low speed fan.

Be sure to turn the switch off with the ignition

I need to know if the fan comes on with the engine running and the AC ON, If it does only use the low speed fan connection.

Look that over and let me know how I can clear up what you need to do
