I have factory service manual (confusing) No fuel pressure, fuel pump does not run, also, wierd, drivers power seat does not operate, power windows do not operate. twice before seats and windows corrollate with car running. all fuses check good. fuel pump fuse good. swaped fuel pump relay twice with others. hi there, I am Cam. What is your name? Sorry to hear about this, I understand how frustrating it can be. Can you tell me if it starts running later on when it cools down or what does it take to get it going? Also is it operating at this time?

Not running now. First time, half way to work, just died. Towed home, going through trouble shooting just started working. Second time sitting in garage, would not start, again after some looking around just started working. Third time, running errands, came out of store and would not start. Towed home again, this is where I'm at now.

OK so at the moment, remove the fuel pump relay and see if there is power on some of the pins. Use the numbers stamped on the bottom of the relay to tell me which have power.
