I have a Xerox Documate 152 that scans with other Windows 7 computers, but on one Windows 7 computer, it does not scan.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your office equipment?

The scanner is: Xerox Documate 152 (DM152)

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your office equipment? What have you tried so far?

This has happened on that one computer since I first set it up 2 months ago. I rebooted the PC, reinstalled the drivers/software for the scanner, and rebooted the scanner.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Office Expert to know before I connect you?

The scanner connects to the computer via USB cable.
