I have a Xerox 3 & 2 hole puncher, approximately 13 1/2", 6

Customer Question

I have a Xerox 3 & 2 hole puncher, approximately 13 1/2" long, 6 to 7" wide and 3 + inches thick. Model X39 , SN101504, made in China. Input: DC 12V 2200MA . I measured the electrical output and it was 17.6 DC volts. The puncher stopped functioning and I checked the holes to see if they were clogged, but they were clear. Is there any other checks that can be made? Is there a repair center near zip code 92123?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Xerox is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I would say 15 - 20 years.

Customer: PC, custom built
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
