JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: magicolor 4750DN
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none so far. Its been going on for 2 days
JA: Anything else you want the office expert to know before I connect you?

This error code indicates a toner level sensor malfunction.

Try the following steps to resolve it:

1 Check the connection between each sensor and the circuit board for proper connection and fix if necessary.

2 Replace the toner level sensor of the corresponding color. if the sensor is faulty.

3 Change the circuit board if replacing the sensor does not resolve the problem.
