I have the Canon P-215 scanner and it has worked fine until just now and i am currently getting a message that the scanner is not recognized by the Capture on touch software. I have checked all my connections and they are all connected. The blue light is on on the scanner and when i change the USB cable it sounds that it is connected. Can you help?

Ok, that should all work ok - can you test the scanner on a different computer to check if it works ok there?
