That can mean a main drive with one of several problems.
The formal term for that error is, "Drum Motor Lock detection".
This problem can also be caused by
- defective developer unit, and usually it makes an audible noise if so.
- backed-up waste toner ... which will make a lot of noise.
- and a dirty registration assembly, which may be checked on by turning the green knob. If it doesn't turn easily, this is probably the problem.
- sometimes, a PCB is defective also. But basically this is usually caused by some component 'sticking' or dragging, and thus retarding the turning of the drum.
