Hi there,

When you get this message, you will need to service the machine.

Is this something you are familiar with doing yourself, or are you looking for a service engineer in your area?

What is your zip code?

Hi, just checking in on your question, do you need any further assistance?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I need to be able to either fix this here by myself (with instructions) - or get a reliable technician that is close by - (not in another state that has to drive from SC or GA). If you help me by showing / telling what types of repairs can be done without a tech or can find me a tech that is nearby - that is information that is worth paying for. (Telling me a "service needed" message - means service is needed is not :))
