I launch the CaptureOnTouch software and it hangs when I execute a scan. Just see the "Please wait..." message. It does not go away. I've replaced the USB cord, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times. What happens is after uninstall/ install it works fine, but on for the one session. If I restart my PC I'm always back to square one. I've eve experienced this same pattern after entire operating system upgrades (before and after = same issue).
