The thing to do is to first check the DIP switches on the back of the Fiery server, then restart the machines. In detail:
First, look at the back of the Fiery box:
the DIP switches below the LED indicator, on the back, where that image shows them to be, should be all in the *down* position.
Then, you should turn Off the Fiery and the DocuColor.
Wait at least 5 minutes.
Then, after at least that much time, turn On the DocuColor and the Fiery.
