If the scanner function worked formerly, then you may simply need to re-install the scanning driver for the BizHub C253, after turning the C253 to Off, and uninstalling or deleting the scanning driver for the BizHub C253.

If the scanner function never worked, then does the printing function work?

Can you do a photocopy on the C253 now?
