Hello,

I am the person that will be helping you today.

May I ask if you are making the scan from your computer or by pressing the scan button on your scanner?

I will be standing by.

Thank you,
Jason

Pressing the scan button on your scanner. We have a Xerox Workcentre 6505.

Is there a problem with the last piece of paper? (ie: there is a rip in it)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No.

After the scan is complete, does it save all of the sheets except for the last one or does it not save anything?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Trying to scan just one sheet.

Thank you for the clarification. I am very familiar with the Xerox 6500 series. More often than not, a simple powercycle will fix most issues. Have you tried turning it off, removing the power cord, waiting 10 seconds, plugging the cord back in, and turning it back on? If not, please do that and update me on your status. I will be standing by.

Have tried that several times and tried again just now. Does NOT work.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

Thank you for the update. I have run out of ideas.

For this reason, I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.

The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.

When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you. Please do not charge my credit card. We are not interested in the rate plan either. How do I opt out of that?
