Cartridge.
I have turned the machine off and reinstalled the black cartridge four times but still get the same message. I have tried a new cartridge, but the same thing happens.

Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Please do not rate until finished. Before putting the new cartridge into the machine, did you clean inside the machine? Ink leaking out of the old cartridge could cause this error.
