Our Canon DR-M140 scanner had a paper jam and now out images

Customer Question

Our Canon DR-M140 scanner had a paper jam and now out images show up on the computer screen at an angle (rotated like a 30-45 degree angle..not flat image on the screen). How do we correct?

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
Either a small piece of paper is still be stuck in the scanner, or the paper feed mechanism has been damaged. This would cause the scanned pages to get fed in to the scanner at an angle.
Open the scanner and check for any fragments of paper. Use tweezers or compressed air to remove them.
