That is an Ink Load Obstruction Error, in a ColorQube 8570, and though the standard procedure is to turn the printer Off, and call for assistance (i.e. engage a Xerox repair service), it's safe to say that the workings of the printer should be checked, in order to ascertain that the printer
1. has no loose debris, loose parts, paper jams, etc. in its workings, near the ink
2. is using the correct ink supplies (not something ill-fitting that will impede the works)
3. and is otherwise powered On and working properly.
4. check for ink spilled around the printhead
5. check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips, and check for cables around it come loose and getting in the way, perhaps being pinched in the workings (in which case that will show, even when the printer is opened, on the insulation over the cables)
6. check the ink sticks for bad status, broken etc.
Also listen inside the printer when it is turned On, and/or just before the message appears, to tell whether the works have an impediment or other similar fault in them.
