I have a xerox wc 4250. The machine "locks up" when ever the ADF is used, screen
shows the paper icon in motion but nothing happens. No err messages logged.

3 years 56k pages. locks up when using the adf, fax, copy or scan. tabletop glass will print one page then lock up. prints fine from network, no err messages.

When it locks up, does it print the full page completely and ok quality then lock up?
And is there any paper jam I suspect not.

Page quality is fine, no jams, no err messages. One page from table top ok but does not pick from adf although
the adf icon shows the page being picked paper does not move.
