Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
I suggest that you remove, check, then re-seat into its place in the printer, the black cartridge.
Then 2+ minutes after you put in the cartridge, pull the power plug on the printer, turning it Off, sharply and suddenly.
Leave the printer that way for 1+ hour.
Plug in the printer only after that time has elapsed.
Turn it On, if necessary.
That might clear the error condition. (If just re-seating the black cartridge clears the error, no need to go through the unplugging-etc. procedure.)
