With just constipation, I would not think this is related to any sort of ovarian cancer. Since the bloating is only after eating and resolves that doesn't lean toward a cancer diagnosis either
A normal ultrasound last year is certainly reassuring, but since the constipation has been a few months I would recommend seeking care from a gastroenterologist as I don't think this is related to your pelvic organs
