Hi I have 2 boys both 8 years apart due to financial issues and I wanted to know if my ob said he gave me a tubulization that wpuld only last for 5 years. What kind os that and how do u reverse? Ans id reverse safe to attempt pregnancy again?

Cycle started this morning after trying to conceive for a week straight during ovulation but I'm not sure if they are close to unraveling

No ma'am and I just had my 36 birthday a week after christmas

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

No ma'am. The only 2 times ive ever been pregnant was with these 2 kids . no still borns no obortions

I'm unsure what your doctor meant as tubal ligation is permanent but can be reversed with surgery. Only 40-60% of women who have a tubal ligation reversal do get pregnant.

I think you're referring to an IUD.

IUDs can last 5 years but they don't have anything to do with the fallopian tube.

Idu? He never mentioned anything of that nature. Is that a tool? I wouldn't dare agree to something like that lol I'm scary however how does it come out or unravel?

I had a c-section and before they stiched me back up Dr Gresham said Ivie K this know is only gonna last up to 5 years. It may or may not come undone. I'm scared now

You would have to cut the blockage out and reattach the tubes.

I'm not sure what he or she meant. Tubal ligation is not for 5 years and is considered "permanent"

Contraception includes: pills, injections, nexplanon implant, IUD, nuvaring, and patch.

Nuvaring is just a ring that you put inside your cervix and take out to cause the period in a month.

I really wish I could figure whats going on because listening to thw answers looks like somebody done something that was not requested and I'm sick ashamed ans bout to loose my marriage if I find out for sure I can't conceive any more children
