Well, I think it has something to do with the fact that you started blood thinners a couple months ago. It sounds like the ablation worked pretty well at getting rid of your bleeding, but now that you are on blood thinners, the bleeding returned today.
It's hard to know if this is just a random bad day, or if the bleeding will continue sporadically as long as you remain on blood thinners.
No, I don't think it's an anatomical abnormality that's causing your bleeding.
I think it's just the inside lining of the uterus (which typically grows and sheds every month when we have a period) regenerating and bleeding more easily due to being on blood thinners.
Unfortunately I don't think there's just a small item that can be removed to fix this, apart from a hysterectomy.
