Customer Question
Hi, I'm 21 years old...
Hi, I'm 21 years old, I had unprotected sex on the 13th August 2017 and my period was ment to come on the 6th of Sept 2017 and I don't know if it was 3 days late or just implementation bleeding? But the bleeding finished slowly yesterday and it started of heavily and really bad cramping. I finished on the 12th of bleeding and started on the 10th. If this makes sense? I am still having really bad cramps. Could I be pregnant? Please could you reply.

  1. Was the bleeding heavier and/or longer than your normal period?
  2. Have you had any previous pregnancies?
Ask Your Own OB GYN Question
Customer reply replied 9 months ago
it was a little bit heavier than my other periods and it lasted heavy for 2 days then went back to slow off bleeding day 3
OB GYN Doctor: Doctor John MD, Board Certified MD replied 9 months ago

Ok, if it was only a few days after your normal period was scheduled, most likely just a normal period and not due to pregnancy.

Does that answer your question?

Ask Your Own OB GYN Question
Customer reply replied 9 months ago
no I haven't had any other pregnancies
OB GYN Doctor: Doctor John MD, Board Certified MD replied 9 months ago

ok, so again, unlikely due to a pregnancy if the bleeding was only a few days after when you were expecting to have your normal period.

I'm not pregnant then?
OB GYN Doctor: Doctor John MD, Board Certified MD replied 9 months ago
