Spotting and discharge following intercourse alongwith pelvic pressure feeling suggests possibility of pelvic infection. This might not go well with your pregnancy if you manage to conceive with these ongoing symptoms. Its essential to get this sorted out first. It could be a yeast or bacterial infection causing spotting and discharge following intercourse. Pelvic inflammatory disease ,if present reduces your chances of conception too. So all in all get a swab test done to find out if there is an ongoing infection. Seek help from your GYN for appropriate treatment based on test result.
I hope it answered your query.
