Customer Question

Trying decide wether or not to go to ER due to the hour. I have been having pain in pelvic area all day. Like bad menstral cramps BUT my period just ended 2 days ago. I thought well maybe I accidentally pushed a tampon up with a second so I tried to feel and I found nothing but feels stangely swollen
JA: Are you in any pain? How regular are your periods?
Customer: I am having pain that is making me slightly sick to my stomach. I have irregular periods but have been losing weight so they are more regular recently
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I have PCOS, but this is lower pelvic pain. I am not possible to be pregnant I have not been to gyno for several years more than 6

Doesn't sound like a ruptured ovarian cyst although that could still be the case

It probably is a urinary tract/bladder infection

But it doesn't sound like an emergency

You need to see a doctor tomorrow for and exam and urinalysis to see if you need a course of antibiotics or a pelvic ultrasound

Please let me know if you need any more information
