Customer: I am feeling hungry, urinate every 30 minutes. Last month my monthly only lasted 2 days and it was spotting. I feel like throwing up. I don't know what to eat to get me full

Constant hunger and frequent peeing can be caused by diabetes. high blood sugar can cause these symptoms commonly. Thyroid disorder is another possibility. Kidney disease like infection also possible. Please get blood tests -- fasting blood sugar, hemoglobin a1c, TSH, chem 8 panel, urinalysis.
