I noticed a few days ago a small ulcer next to my vaginal

Customer Question

Hello. I noticed a few days ago a small ulcer next to my vaginal opening on my labia minora. I frequently get canker sores and this looks identical to a canker sore. There is just one sore, not a cluster. It is about 5mm in diameter. It is painful at times and burns when urine makes contact with the sore. There is no itching or other symptoms. Also I am currently on antibiotics. I was last sexually active one month ago. What could this be? Thank you.
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: The pain started yesterday. I have been taking ibuprofen for bronchitis I am dealing with right now. That makes the pain better. Soap makes the pain worse. Also the pain is worse when I go pee.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Nothing I can think of. I'm relatively healthy.
