Hello and welcome I'm Dr Chip

Any fever, chills, nausea?

When you say you had this checked before, how exactly was it checked?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No sympthons like that. I had an ultrasound a year or so ago for similar pain.

This could be from an ovarian cyst, but if that wasn't seen on the ultrasound last year then that wouldn't be the problem

Right lower quadrant pain could also be appendicitis, but you don't have the appropriate symptoms for that.

Most likely this is just a viral gastroenteritis and it should pass soon but if it doesn't go away by Monday you should have your doctor check it out
