I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I can't keep my prescribed

Customer Question

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I can't keep my prescribed prenatal vitamins down. Is it OK to take first response prenatals? They don't have iron so I bought an iron supplement as well. The first response says to take two. Is that going to be too much? I don't want to hurt my little one.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer. I'm Dr. Chip

It's fine to try the first response prenatals for now and two is not too much.

But let your doctor know about the problem since you may need some medication for the nausea.

Please let me know if you need any more information Jackie.
