Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Pregnancy is still possible. You should repeat the home pregnancy test on first morning sample of the urine for more accuracy 3 days later. A blood hcg test also can be considered for more accuracy.
Otherwise, your period can still vary as you are approaching menopausal age if pregnancy is negative with repeated testing.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
