Ob-Gyn questions? Ask a gynecologist online.
Thanks for your question.
Please ask your question in detail and I would be glad to assist you.
What symptoms you have and what caused the possible tear?
Tell me about the bleeding you may be having?
Can you see it?
How long back?
Pain level and any other information you might like to provide.
How large it is?
Is it still bleeding?
Thanks for the information.
If it is painless you need not worry about it.That means that it is likely not infected. Some increase in discharge is natural as the tissue around the tear gets inflamed and secretes lot more than normal.
Most such tears would heal on their own without any help being needed. If the the area becomes painful or if the discharge becomes painful you need to show it to your doctor to rule out any infection.
Otherwise just observation should be enough.
Do take care not to indulge in intercourse until the tear is fully healed and use copious lubrication before intercourse next time.
