My menstrual cycle has changed over the past year - it's getting lighter and shorter in time frame. I'm in my early 30s - is this an indicator that my fertility is changing? And if so, should I be considering things like freezing my eggs?

No, this is not necessarily a sign of that

Many women have changes in their period over time and are completely normal

I would get a blood test called an AMH. This will tell how much ovarian reserve you have left.
