This is usually from a hormone shift.

It can be from:

thyroid problems

liver or kidney problems

weight gain

weight loss

other problems.

So, it is not necesarily a problem, but, you do need an exam from your doctor.

Dizziness is a different issue.

So have an exam today.

You want to make sure you are not anemic, or that you don't have hyperthyrodism, or other problem.

Good luck.
