52 years old, postmenapausal, thickened endometiral stripe with small fluid in the endometiral cavity. what could this mean?

Fluid in the endometrial cavity most likely means blood in there.

Thickened endometrium could be:

  1. endometrial hyperplasia (increase in the size of endometrium due to proliferation of cells in it)
  2. Endometrial cancer
  3. Endometritis (inflammation of the endometrium)

You should follow up with your OB/GYN on this as you will most likely require an endometrial biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
