This is Dr. David

you could have a bacterial vaginitis (BV) or vaginal fungal infection.

the only way to know is to see a gyn doctor and get a gyn examination and vaginal culture.

usually vaginal fungal infections causes itchning and vaginal discharge

BV is treated with metronidazole antibiotic therapy.

do you have a gyn doctor you can see who can do a gyn exam for you?

or you can go to planned parenthood to get a gyn exam.
