Hello, I'm Dr Manos, board certified obgyn. Why was ovary removed and do you still have an ovary left?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I had a large cyst covering the ovaryI still have one left
Expert:  Dr Ted Manos replied 1 year ago.

You might have another cyst on your remaining ovary. Ovaries normally form cysts to release eggs. Take something for the discomfort. See what happens for now. Not likely to get worse.
