I have suffered so many years with endometriois and then in 2014 i had a hysterectomy to remove my uterus then in feb 2015 to remove 1 ovary
But recently i have so much pain on the area of the remived ovary, lower pelvic area
I have been to my specialist and said to me most likey its scar tissue, but wont open me up to see what is happening ans said to leave itWhat could it be

What medications are you on? How is recent CA125 level? Urinary or bowel problems?

Im only on nexuim for stomach ulcersI havent got seriuod bowl issues just one day i dont go at all -

Since you had two surgeries, it would be difficult to remove the scar tissues. You should try to take Gn-RH agonists with a low dose of estrogen or progestin. Another way is to remove the other ovary and then have hormone therapy.

Since you are not on endometriosis medications, endometriosis could be growing. You should try the medications.
