Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Once your period resumes, then only you will have realistic chance for pregnancy.

Ovulation ensures a normal period.

That is why no period means no ovulation.

Cramping is due to the hormonal but does not mean you are pregnant.

Negative tests are required.
It may take about 3 months since discontinuation of implanon for restoration of normal period.

Please also get your thyroid function.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
