hi there,

i am online and will be happy to answer your questions.

thank you for your patience.

exercise is recommended for treatment of pcos. and is helpful in managing a number of conditions associated with pcos.

so this is actually a good thing

how often and frequent you are seeing this spotting? are your periods back to regular ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Having spotting about 3x wipes a day for last two weeks periods stopped when I stopped doing phys 5x a week now getting back in to it and having lots of spotting but still no period
Expert:  Internist replied 1 year ago.

thank you for replying.

you probably need oral contraceptive pills to get your periods regular and control spotting.

i would recommend paying a visit to ob/gyn specialist and getting local examination and possible prescription of ocps..

please let me know if you have any questions.

I already knew that I was looking to see if you could tell me the cause
Expert:  Internist replied 1 year ago.

cause is PCOS.

estrogen / progesterone imbalance. androgens/estrogen imbalance.

irregular periods and spotting is due to hormonal imbalance in pcos. and oral contraceptives are recommended drugs to use for this problem.

exercise helps control the insulin resistance associated with pcos and is always recommended.

does it make sense to you? or should i provide more clarifications?
