Blood work done a few weeks ago and all was fine. I do have PMDD with severe physical symptoms like breast tenderness & cramps. I experienced those symptoms before my regular period, but not now. I do take sertraline 50mg

This is Dr. David

for many woman, it can be normal to have some spotting and bleeding after your period has ended.

sexual activity can sometimes cause more bleeding.

ovulation can cause spotting and bleeding as well.

that is good that your prior gyn and pap in June were normal.

I doubt that your extra spotting is a serious issue.

you can always see your gyn doctor and get more testing like a uterine ultrasound

but I bet it will be normal.

let me know if you have questions.
