Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Lower right sided pain can be due to the intestinal problem --like gs and bloating or movement related disorder.

Also ovarian pathology can cause this type of pain.

Kidney stones are another possibility.

Hence, a CT scan of the abdomen with contrast is recommended.

If that is normal, then your symptoms like arthritis in the spine related.

Lower thoracic and upper lumbar spine arthritis can cause nerve entrapment and resultant pain.

That can be assessed by the MRI scan of the spine.

Physical therapy will help.

Epidural steroid injection will be helpful as well.

Alternative treatment option will be Acupuncture therapy which is shown to be beneficial.

Pain medications can be used as needed basis.

Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
