Mt wife was underwent a 3 D mamograph and they found "asymmetry in the left side in the superolateral aspect is observed to be asymmetric fibrpgalndular parenchyma".Is this bad news?

This is not bad news. All this reports says is that there is unequal amounts of breast tissue from side to side. Many people think we're supposed to be symmetrical, even from side to side, but this is not true. It's very common to have more breast tissue on one side than the other. Fibroglandular tissue is just a fancy medical term for breast tissue. This is a normal reading.
