My 14 year old daughter just found a lump in her right breast. Her right breast is also smaller than her left.

I'm assuming she is fully developed. This is most likely a result of breast development. She should be examined by a physician to determine if there's really a mass there at all. It may be a fibroadenoma a common benign tumor in young women.
