I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm having really bad back pains to where I can barely move and I'm have cramps. What should I do? My first two kids came at 32 weeks

Twin pregnancies can be complicated by early labor, due to the increased stress on the uterus. If the pains are not going away then you should be evaluated. Make sure you are getting plenty of water as dehydration can cause uterine contractions (labor pains ) to start. Don't delay if the pains are strong or uncomfortable, go to the hospital. Since you already have a history of preterm labor you are at a higher risk of this happening again.
