Im on the implanon birth control since June 2012 and took a pregnancy test recently and came up postive. Can that birth control affect the result? Whats the most accurate pregnancy test.

Implanon is quite reliable and contains only a progesterone hormone.

this type of hormone does NOT affect a pregnancy test result.

I would recommend having a blood pregnancy test done to either confirm the positive result or indicate a faulty urine test.
