Plan B causes abnormal bleeding. The bleeding you had may or may not have been a true period

So your ovulation date may or may not be altered. It is likely that it will be different in the month following bleeding from Plan B and is not reliable

Ok, Its been 29 -30 since my "period" and 25 days since I had sex--I have taken 3 early pregnancy test and they have all been negative- so would a postive show up if I was?

Yes, if you were pregnant, it would be positive by 14 days since last unprotected sex so you are ok and not pregnant

I have taken birth control pill for polycystic for 3 months, during which I had no sex partner. Recently I had a sex on the 22nd without any protection. He did not ejaculate but what worried me was that when I counted the pills I have taken so far, I realized I have missed 2 pills 1 or 2 weeks ago. So I took plan b on the 23rd. By that time, I was on my 5th to last pill of the bcp packet. FYI, this bcp has 28 pills and has no 7 days of rest period. I was supposed to have a period on the 24th, but I didn't have one. But I was still informed by the doctor that I have to keep taking regular bcp pills.
